The story is actually rather complicated especially for one of these films which one of the main issues I had with it. Jason Statham plays the brother of the villain from the last film. He wants revenge for what happened and starts targeting Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family. Now Toretto and Brian (Paul Walker) must assemble the team from the previous film leaving out a couple. They are assigned by a government ops group led by Petty (Kurt Russell).

They must steal this mcguffin called the God's Eye which allows you to locate anyone and everyone in the world in no time. They plan to use this to find Jason Statham's character. However, he's constantly targeting them throughout the entirety of the film. Another villain, played by Djimon Hounsou is also targeting the crew after the God's Eye.

The film does many things right. It is a lot of fun despite by grips with it. Vin Diesel and the rest (for the most part) reprise their roles here and they do a pretty good job. The effects, like in the last two films are very well-done as well.
